Recruiting new vendors

At organic markets,

We are looking for new vendors.

Organic markets have the reputation of being quite complicated to set up shop at.

To practice organic

There are market-specific guidelines.

The process for opening a store is very simple!

I was interested in it, but the hurdles were high until now.

For those who have been unable to take the first step,

Why not try opening a stall at an organic market?

If you have any questions,

We will also be available at the secretariat tent during the market.

Please feel free to contact us.

◎ The Kochi Organic Market is divided into three categories: agricultural products, processed foods, and crafts & services.

◎ There are two types of participation: regular vendors and occasional vendors.

About Market Management

The Kochi Organic Market is run by a vendor cooperative.

All vendors become cooperative members and share responsibility for market operations.

  • Each year, each category elects a representative (organizer) to coordinate.

  • Monthly meetings are held for representatives (open to anyone to join).

  • An annual general meeting (attendance required for all vendors) is also held.

Together, all vendors support and maintain the market. New vendors are expected to participate in the same way.
